TorrentDeck is a new app, and this installer does not yet have a digital signature. Windows may not have enough reputation information to recognize it, so Smart App Control may block installation or startup.

Smart App Control settings

If Smart App Control blocks the app and you choose to proceed, turning it off allows you to continue. This setting applies to all apps on the PC. Open:

  1. Windows Security
  2. App & browser control
  3. Smart App Control settings
  4. Off

Turning this off reduces Windows protection for all apps. Keep your antivirus enabled and check the conditions for turning Smart App Control back on before proceeding.
